In transition: Leaving Malaysia July 2009

After four and a half years in Kuantan, Malaysia and the chance to travel across South-East Asia, into Australia and New Zealand (more than once), it was time to pull up stakes and move on. The movers from Santa Fe in K.L. arrived on July 6th and spent nine days packing up No. 5 Lorong Tok Sira 4/1. With our bags packed for the next 4-5 months, we left our cosy home and moved into the Hyatt Kuantan Resort for our final two weeks. Our good friends wined and dined us right until the end...it was not easy saying farewell to them all! So many things we will miss about our life here and soon it will all seem so very far away. Jumpa lagi!
